Woods Hydrotherapy will keep personal information for a period of 5 years post ceasing to trade with the client.

Joint data controllers

We have a joint controller relationship with Cliniko. We process your personal information with that joint controller for the following reason: Cliniko is the booking system used for Woods Hydrotherapy. Profiles are made for each client which include contact details, veterinary details, session notes, referral forms, session pictures and videos. .
